• This promotion is valid for reservations and rentals for self-drive car rentals.
• The reservation period is from 1 March to 30 April 2020.
• The rental pick-up period is from 1 March to 31 May 2020.
• This promotion is valid for Royal Orchid Plus members at participating Budget locations in the USA (exclude locations in Alaska), Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Asia Pacific.
• Bonus miles are eligible for rentals on car groups C and above only.
• Minimum 3 to 5 consecutive days’ rental is required to earn 2X Royal Orchid Plus miles (500 base miles + 500 bonus miles).
• Minimum 6 consecutive days’ rental is required to earn 4x Royal Orchid Plus miles (500 base miles + 1,500 bonus miles).
• Royal Orchid Plus members must quote Budget Customer Discount (BCD) code #D625800, as well as Royal Orchid Plus membership number in order to enjoy this special offer.

• Mileage accruals are based strictly on retail rates only.

• To qualify, rentals must include the Royal Orchid Plus membership number of the first named driver (the "renter”) at the time of reservation. The Royal Orchid Plus membership card must be presented at the location during pick-up.
• Miles can only be earned on one frequent flyer program for each qualifying self-drive rental at participating locations.
• Royal Orchid Plus members will be eligible to earn miles only if the full name in the rental agreement matches the full name in the membership account.
• Renters can only claim miles for their own rentals, i.e. only one rental at a time. 
•  Consecutive or conjunctive rentals will not qualify for miles – only the first qualifying rental in such situations will be awarded miles.
• Discounts may vary from country to country and depending on dates of rental.
• The awarding of Royal Orchid Plus miles may take up to 6 to 8 weeks from date of rental and the award of miles are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
